How to Place an order: Select the item(s) you like and click on “add to cart” and continue shopping until you are ready to check out. When ready, click “check out” to confirm items you want to purchase. Finally, click “submit order” to finalize your purchase.

Return Policy:  If you have received a) defective merchandise, or b) wrong item was shipped to you then we will certainly refund all of your money back to you, just send it back to our showroom.

If at anytime you are unhappy with your purchase you may contact our staff (emails are listed in CONTACT page) or send your merchandise back for a full store credit. BrowNY store credit only lasts for 30 days. The garment (s) must not be worn, washed, or torn.

Our items on our BrowNY Couture line are one of a kind special items so they will all be final sale.

If you have any other problems such as measuring please refer back to our Fit Chart because we have included step by step instructions for you so you will be happy with the size you chose. Our Fit Chart was created so you can feel more confident when purchasing our BrowNY merchandise. Re-orders in stock: If a style is sold out, we will take orders and ship when items are back in stock.
